RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products — research-grade peptides and compounds — all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy exists to ensure the integrity and safety of every product in our catalog.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is visibly damaged in transit, or if an incorrect item was shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Upon review, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Unopened Items
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Temperature-sensitive compounds that have been removed from cold chain
- Items purchased during sale events or with promotional codes
- Custom or special-order products
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
